What is iCAST?

iCAST is an intelligence-led simulated attack framework created by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) to support the core of its financial services sector in becoming more cyber resilient. iCAST is unique in that is fuses both generic intelligence and bespoke intelligence engagements into the framework, dependant on the risk level of the firm undertaking the test.
