Senior Business Development / Account Manager

Location: London

Salary: 80k + Salary, plus generous commission package

Duration: Full Time, Permanent

Security Alliance brings intellectual rigour to the Cyber Threat Intelligence industry. 2018 is an exciting and busy year for our small but perfectly formed intelligence team.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development / Account Manager who wants to play a key role in driving the rapid growth of our business in this exciting new industry.

As an organisation that has fast become recognised as a leader in its field, driven by quality and innovation, we are looking for an individual who excels in the creation and nurturing of new key client relationships.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid track record of selling high value cyber security consulting, software and/or managed services to large enterprise and government organisations, and to building and maintaining highly trusted executive-level relationships.

Official Role and Responsibilities:

  • New business development and prospecting
  • Major account planning and management
  • Client relationship management
  • Conducting sales meetings and presentations
  • Writing proposals and tender responses
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Partner development and communications
  • Business pipeline management
  • Management reporting
  • Attend conferences, briefings and networking events
  • Liaising with Marketing, creating new initiatives

  • 10+ years in new enterprise business sales and account management roles
  • Track record of sales of consultancy, managed services or software
  • Cyber/Information Security, Risk, Intelligence or defence product sales experience
  • Comfortable operating at Board / Executive level
  • Management of complex Government and commercial clients
  • Ideally, experience of working within the Financial, Insurance, Healthcare, Government or Critical National Infrastructure sectors.
