About the role

‍Duration: Permanent, full-time role

The ThreatMatch Technical Project Manager reports to the Director of Intelligence. This role will involve taking full day-to-day management of the continuous development of our Threat Intelligence platform ThreatMatch. You will work closely with our dedicated Development Team to lead on managing all aspects of change from design through to release, driven by customer feedback, SecAlliance colleague feedback, intelligence requirements, and alignment with future industry expectations around intelligence platform capability.

The role is hybrid with 4 days remote and 1 day in the office with a flexible approach taken by the company to alternative arrangements and working hours. The role will involve very occasional international travel to continental Europe.

As a ThreatMatch Platform Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all change requests relating to the ThreatMatch Platform
• Production of detailed requirements documentation to support change activity
• Prioritisation and scheduling for all change requests
• Utilisation of Jira to support all change activity, including ticket creation, scheduling, tracking, and closure
• Regular collaboration with DevOps Team
• Tracking all change activity throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborating with and participating in teams to test completed change activity prior to push to production
• Supporting monitoring of tech stack performance and managing any operational incidents with the DevOps Team
• Creating weekly reporting to management on status of projects, changing management status and progressing against strategic objectives
• Managing integration projects with external development teams of supported vendors
• Maintaining a prosperous and collaborative relationship between Dev Teams, designers and the SecAlliance wider business
• Liaising with SecAlliance leadership to set priorities and strategic direction

Candidate Experience & Key Skills:

• Agile Scrum Master or recognised Project Manager certification
• Familiarity with Jira
• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure solutions
• Broad knowledge of different programming languages
• Technical background
• Clear and concise communicator
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder
• Strong documentational skills
