The primary role of the Strategic Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst is to support the production of accurate, high quality and timely intelligence products. This will include support to management, peers and junior members of staff and clients.
Strategic Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysts will:
- Create Open Source summaries concerning cyber threat incidents
- Create and update threat actor profiles detailing salient information about cyber threat actors.
- Assist in the production of strategic reporting concerning themes of interest (political, economic, social, technological, environmental, legal and military developments which have the potential to impact the cyber threat landscape).
- Respond to Requests for Intelligence (RFIs) from clients.
- Contribute to other tasks, including (but not limited to) marketing, client engagement, relationship management, business administration and attending industry events) as requested.
The Strategic Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst is expected to perform and achieve consistently against defined targets as set by management, primarily measured against client satisfaction, quality of analysis, quality of product creation, regulatory and legal compliance and the maintaining of team ethos.
The Strategic Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will officially be office based, with weekly visits to the SecAlliance London office and other offices and an ability to work from home. Analysts may be requested to support work in other parts of world (within reason).

Roles and Responsibilities:
Cyber Threat Intelligence Services
- Contribute to the continuous development, optimisation, delivery and maintenance of the cyber intelligence services portfolio
- Contribute to the continuous development of the cyber threat intelligence collection plan
- Provide support to fellow analysts
- “Hands on” delivery of services
- Subject Matter lead for assigned clients and areas of Intelligence responsibility
- Support Cyber Intelligence requirements capture and project scoping
- Provide cover, guidance and assistance to colleagues / management, as required
- Interface with members of management team
- Support the gaining and maintaining of relevant industry compliance standards
- Continuous skills development
Supporting Sales, Marketing and Partner Management related activity
- Participate in and attend meetings and presentations with clients, prospective clients and partners
- Support client development
- Manage client expectations
- Article writing
- Attend marketing events
